We understand that sometimes circumstances can delay on-time arrivals, and we strive to accommodate you in these situations.
 

• If you arrive less than 15 minutes late for your appointment:

  • If there is a client booked after you, we will provide your service shortened by 15 minutes at the full price.

  • If there is no appointment after yours, we will complete the service in full.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule, but please note that the deposit will be forfeited.
     

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
